1. Operator

2. What we collect

• On sign-in via Google — your Google identifier and email address: to create your account and link your view balance.
• On payment via Telegram Stars — your Telegram identifier (and username, if set): to link the payment to your account and credit your views.
• Usage data — your view balance and the list of predictions you have unlocked.
• Technical — a single session cookie to keep you signed in.

We do not collect more than is needed to run the Service.

3. Legal bases

We process data on the following bases: performance of a contract (creating your account, crediting and debiting views, processing payment); legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention); consent (when you initiate sign-in via Google or a payment). Under the LGPD (Brazil) and the GDPR (EU) you have the rights set out in section 9.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment systems:

• Telegram Stars — purchasing views in the Telegram bot. The payment is carried out by Telegram under its own rules; we only receive your Telegram identifier to credit your views.
• Stripe — card payments. Card details are entered on Stripe’s side and do not reach our servers.

Telegram and Stripe act as independent data processors under their own privacy policies.

5. Cookies

• Strictly necessary session cookie — to keep you signed in. Always set.
• Google Identity cookies — set by the Google sign-in script if you choose to sign in; governed by Google’s policy.
• Google Ads advertising cookies — after you accept in the banner, the gtag.js tag (ID AW-18112289382) loads in your browser and stores the _gcl_au cookie for up to 90 days. This cookie lets Google Ads match your visit from our ad with actions on the site and measure campaign performance. The tag is not loaded before consent. You can withdraw consent by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser settings — the banner will reappear on your next visit.

6. Why we use data

To provide the Service, credit and debit views, process payment, ensure security, and support users.

7. Who we share with

Only with providers that operate the Service: Google (sign-in and, after your consent, Google Ads), Telegram and Stripe (payment), Cloudflare (hosting). We do not sell your data.

8. International transfers

The providers listed operate globally, so your data may be processed outside your country (including outside the EU and Brazil), with the safeguards provided for in their policies.

9. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, as well as withdraw consent and object to processing, at sergeykholstov@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Brazil, the ANPD; in the EU, your country’s data protection authority.

10. Retention

Account data is kept while the account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data; copies in backups are purged within a reasonable period.

11. Minors

The Service is intended for persons who have reached the age of majority in their country; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. Changes

The Operator may update this Policy. The current version is always available on this page.
